2. Products
The products offered by KAKY LOVERS are unique and limited-edition items, crafted with particular attention to detail.
Each item may have slight variations due to its artisanal manufacturing process. These variations are an integral part of the brand's identity and do not constitute a defect in any way.
3. Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included.
VAT not applicable – article 293B of the French General Tax Code.
KAKY LOVERS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already validated.
4. Order
Any order placed on the kakylovers.fr website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once the order is confirmed and payment validated, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order.
Payments are secured and processed via the methods offered on the Shopify website (credit card or other available solutions).
6. Delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 to 6 working days from the order confirmation date.
Delivery times are given as an indication.
KAKY LOVERS cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
7. Final Sales – Returns and Refunds
As KAKY LOVERS products are unique, handmade, and produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:
- personalized,
- made to customer specifications,
- or whose nature does not allow for return.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, except in the event of a proven defect in the product upon receipt.
In the event of a defect, the customer must contact KAKY LOVERS by email within 48 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence.
Non-collection of parcels at relay points:
In the event of non-collection of a parcel at a relay point within the time limit set by the carrier, the order will be automatically returned to the sender.
No refund can be claimed.
Any re-shipment costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
8. Liability
KAKY LOVERS cannot be held responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the use of the products sold.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the KAKY LOVERS website (texts, images, videos, logo, design, visual identity) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.
10. Personal Data
The information collected is necessary for order processing and customer relations.
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
11. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
